Quit smoking easily in just one session!

My unique quit smoking hypnosis session enables smokers to gain a deeper insight about their smoking behaviour and create a mindset that makes leaving cigarettes behind easy! I allow my clients the opportunity to really share their feelings and beliefs about smoking and we will use this to create a much more powerful smoking cessation technique than using conventional hypnotherapy alone.


What happens during the session?


We will start by talking about you and your smoking habits. For example,  how much you smoke, whether you have tried to stop before and what your motivations are for stopping now.


Then I will talk about the mindset and psychology behind smoking and how it is a habit and not an addiction (with evidence provided) as most people tend to believe. I will give you all the tools you need to be able to change your perspective to that of a non-smoker. 


This part of the session will last around 60 minutes and only once you feel really confident and excited about how easy it will be to stop will we move onto the Quit Smoking Hypnosis itself.


Quit Smoking Hypnosis


The hypnosis part of the session (about 30 minutes) is surprisingly enjoyable and very relaxing. You will not feel like you are being 'controlled' or manipulated in some way and will be fully in control. The hypnosis is carried out with your full permission and you will remain aware at all times.


This powerful combination of Hypnosis & Mindset Training beforehand are designed to make it easier for you to quit smoking than you have ever experienced before. My aim is to get you to actually enjoy every minute of the session as you make the “transformation” to that of a non-smoker.


What does it feel like?


Seated comfortably in my lovely reclining chair with some relaxing music playing, you will be asked to close your eyes and then gently guided into a pleasant and familiar feeling of deep relaxation of the body and mind. this is known as a light trance state.


It feels like a kind of daydream, and you will remain conscious mentally alert and in control throughout.


Once you begin to enter into this altered state of awareness the unconscious mind is able to “listen in” and absorb what is being said to you. The unconscious part of the mind is a big factor in why a smoker continues to smoke. Often referred to like a computer the brain is programmed for you to smoke, with hypnosis we give the unconscious mind a new programme, that of being a non-smoker.


The unconscious mind is powerful and highly suggestible, and so long as you are prepared to commit yourself to becoming a non-smoker after the session the hypnosis will help to make the process so much easier for you.

This is very unlikely, however, if you do experience this problem, then do contact me so that we can try to understand why you changed your mind.

Q. what is the success rate for your quit smoking hypnosis sessions?

A. Incredibly good (approx 92% with the method I use). Of those who don’t make it, most go onto to quit later with far greater ease.

Q. Will hypnosis do everything for me?

A. Hypnosis is powerful, but will only kick in if you take becoming a non-smoker seriously and are really prepared to go for it.

Q. Are some people more easily hypnotised than others?

A. Almost anyone can easily be hypnotised. Naturally, some individuals may go deeper than others, but a light state is all that is necessary.
